Steven L. Mohnkern – Co-Founder, President
Steve has over 20 years of experience in the software and computer engineering industry.  Prior to starting his own software company, Precision Group, he was a software manager at Harris RF Communications in Rochester, NY where he was managing classified communications equipment for various government agencies.  Prior to this, Steve was an engineer at GE Aerospace in Syracuse, NY where he participated in the Edison Engineering program and received his MS degree from Syracuse University in Computer Engineering.  Steve holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
M. John Ludlow – Co-Founder, Program Manager
John has worked in the software industry for the past 25 years and is co-founder of Precision Group.  He started his career at Xerox Corporation in Rochester, NY.   At Xerox, John initially served as a project engineer and worked his way up to being a Technical Specialist /Project Manager.   He has had considerable experience in imaging, pipeline, simulation and user interface software and holds several patents as a result of his expertise in these fields. John holds a BS degree in Computer Science and a BS in Mathematics
from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
James L. Mohnkern – Financial Manager
Jim has over thirty years of experience in the engineering and project management field. Prior to  working for Precision Group he was a Project Engineer and Project Manager with the Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, NY.    He served as Project Engineer in the fields of Photofinishing, Graphics Imaging, and classified programs for the US Government. He also served as Engineering Manager for the Special Programs Group and as Program Manager for a multi-year classified program, both for the Government Systems division of Kodak, where he was responsible for technical, schedule, and financial management.  Jim holds a BSME degree from Cleveland State University, and completed many management courses for an MBA degree.
